Who can apply to Fullerton College?

To attend Fullerton College you may be:

  •  A high school graduate or equivalent, or
  •  Anyone (including non-high school graduates) 18 years of age  or older, or
  •  A transfer, out-of-state or international student.

How to apply and enroll as a new student*

*International Students must apply through the International Student Center

Submit a free application online through CCCApply

Have your official transcripts mailed to the Fullerton College Admissions & Records Office immediately if pursuing a degree or transfer certification.

Visit the Counseling Office located on the second floor of the 2000 building. Bring any official copies of placement test results in math, English and/or reading. For further information, or to make an appointment, call (714) 992-7010 or visit the Counseling Center web page.

Visit the Financial Aid Office in the 100 building to obtain a financial aid application packet. Eligibility for assistance is based on federal and state guidelines. Apply early since all awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis. For  further information, call (714) 992-7050 or visit the Financial Aid web page.

Design your student program using the class schedule. You will also find important registration information, semester calendar dates and other information necessary for your success. Schedules are available in the college bookstore and on-line. Remember that the schedule does not replace your need for a Fullerton College Catalog.

Register for classes that will meet your educational goals. New and Returning students will receive a "Permit to Register" for online registration through WebStar.

Pay your fees to avoid cancellation of your classes! After registering through WebStar, you will have 72 hours to postmark your payment. Fullerton College accepts checks, Visa and MasterCard. Checks are limited to the amount of total fees. Cash is ONLY accepted during In-Person Registration.  A list of fees is available on-line

Receive your Enrollment Receipt through the mail after your fee payment is received. This will be your receipt of all classes that have been added or dropped, so check it carefully.
