  • A transfer, out-of-state or international student.

How to apply and enroll as a new student

1. Submit a free application online through CCCApply.

2. Have your official transcripts mailed to the Fullerton College Admissions & Records Office immediately if pursuing a degree or transfer certification.

3. Visit the Counseling Office located on the second floor of the 2000 building. Bring any official copies of placement test results in math, English and/or reading. For further information, or to make an appointment, call (714) 992-7084 or visit the Counseling Center web page.

4. Visit the Financial Aid Office in the 100 building to obtain a financial aid application packet. Eligibility for assistance is based on federal and state guidelines. Apply early since all awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis. For further information, call (714) 992-7091or visit the Financial Aid web page.

5. Design your educational plan using the class schedule. You will also find important registration information, semester calendar dates and other information necessary for your success. Schedules are available in the college bookstore and on-line. Remember that the schedule does not replace your need for a Fullerton College Catalog.

6. Register for classes that will meet your educational goals. New and Returning students will be emailed a "Permit to Register" for online registration.  You can also check your registration status through myGateway.

7. Pay your fees to avoid cancellation of your classes! Fees are due immediately upon registering through myGateway. Students whose payments are not received  may be dropped for non-payment.  Fullerton College accepts checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. Cash is ONLY accepted in person.  A list of fees is available on-line.

8. Print your Schedule/Bill Receipt from your myGateway account after your fee payment is received. This will be your receipt of all classes that have been added or dropped, so check it carefully.

*International Students must apply through the International Student Center
