Forms are available on http://financialaid.fullcoll.edu/, at the financial aid office, and are also available in the class schedule.
How do I qualify for a Fee Waiver or Board of Governors

If you receive SSI, General Assistance or TANF and can show proof; or you have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have the results; or if your prior-year income is low and falls in the qualified guidelines, you may be eligible for a fee waiver.
How do I apply for financial aid?
Start with applying for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), either by picking up the application and mailing it (which takes 6-8 week processing time) or by going online to www.fafsa.ed.gov. All Federal grants and loans are based on the results of the FAFSA information.
How do I qualify for financial aid?
There are many elements that go into the formula for calculating your eligibility but it is basically based on prior-year income, either just yours (if you are independent) or you and your parents income (if you are dependent).
First you must fill out and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the results are sent to the school you indicated electronically. Once these results have been received the school can then determine your eligibility.
