Grads to Be Presents: Mindful Sound Bath

Join us for a mindful sound bath where you can relax and listen to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you. This practice creates an immersive journey that promotes the release of every day worries, fosters mental clarity, and encourages emotional healing while reducing stress, increase self-awareness, reconnect, and reengage with ourselves and our community.
