Self-Defense and Awareness

The class will cover situational awareness and best practices for recognizing and avoiding potential danger. It will also include a physical component featuring basic striking technique instruction, led by Campus Safety personnel.
George Haines, Fullerton College Administration of Justice Weaponless Defense Instructor, will be teaching the self-defense portion of the class.
Participants should wear loose-fitting clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes.
