Facility Rentals and Reservations

Fullerton College facilities are available for internal campus events and community use. Reservations must be made six business days in advance for internal campus events. Outside rentals must be submitted 21 business days in advance.

Reservations are submitted through Event Management Systems (EMS) software. To get started, please follow the steps below.

Internal college events are not subject to fees. Outside groups are subject to fees. Rental clients will be asked to provide insurance, and a copy of an IRS 501(c)(3) letter if using non-profit rates. Rates are listed below.

First Time Setup

  1. Use Internet Explorer for you browser
  2. Place your mouse over My Account, scroll down and choose Create an Account.
  3. In Account Management, complete your personal information.
  4. When complete, Choose Save.
  5. At the very top of the screen, look for Account Updated.
  6. Next go to My Account at the top again, and click on Login.

A new screen will pop up and you will need to enter the e-mail address you registered with, and your password. This will take you into the system

EMS Login

  1. Click My Account at the top again, and click on Login.
  2. A new screen will pop up and you will need to enter the e-mail address you registered with, and your password. This will take you into the system.
  3. Once logged into the system, you will be able see the following options:
    • Browse – Browse for an existing for room availability or an existing event
    • Reservations – Request a room or view a previously-used room
    • My Account –Edit your personal account settings
    • Links – Download applicable forms (used for outside rentals)

Room Request/Entering an Event

  1. Choose Room Request, located within the Reservations 
  2. After filling in the all required fields located on the left side of the screen, a listing of rooms will appear on the right. Room details may be viewed by clicking on the room’s name. When ready, click Find Space.
  3. Choose which room you are interested in by clicking the green plus sign to the left of the room listing, and then clicking Continue.
  4. Enter in all relevant event details. 
  5. The Additional Notes box is information not included in any of the above categories.
  6. Click Submit and a Reservation Summary will pop up. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail. The event is not approved and booked until you receive a reservation notice, also via email.
