Mission and Purpose
To ensure Fullerton College leans into the Serving part of the Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) designation rather than the traditional definition which usually describes the enrollment threshold required to meet the federal requirement for an HSI designation.

- Students are appointed by Associated Students
- Faculty are elected by Faculty Senate
