Grad To Be Program Presents: Radical Expression Art, Identity & the Power of Collective Mentorship Workshop
This workshop centers identity, resilience, and storytelling as communal acts of resistance and healing. Rooted in the understanding that none of us get to the other side alone, the experience highlights the power of mentorship, collective support, and radical expression. Through art and storytelling, Obed Silva (Formerly Incarcerated English Professor & Cypress College Alumni) will share his personal journey reflecting on identity, struggle, and the community that shaped his path. The workshop will include space for reflection and dialogue. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a book signing and enter a raffle for limited-edition prints. Presented by Obed Silva
