Your Success is Our Mission

The Student Success Advocates program provides personalized support to help all students succeed. Through one-on-one meetings and regular check-ins, Advocates assist students in navigating college, connecting them with programs, resources and services for academic, personal and career goals.

With a dedicated Advocate, students are empowered to make informed decisions, overcome challenges and achieve their full potential, ensuring a successful college experience.

Every student is paired with a dedicated Student Success Advocate. You can easily access your Advocate’s name, email and schedule an appointment through Canvas and Starfish. Look out for an email from your Advocate with appointment details and contact information, or stop by Building 500, Room 511 to meet with your Advocate in person.

  • Serve as a first-contact resource to answer student questions or concerns regarding their education at Fullerton College
  • Connect with students through email, phone or in-person meetings
  • Assess individual student needs and refer them to appropriate on-campus or off-campus resources
  • Support students in navigating resources, counseling appointments and educational journeys
