Canva Access

The Office of Campus Communications offers shared access to Canva accounts that provide real-time collaboration. The shared accounts also provide direct access to Fullerton College templates and authorized fonts, colors and logos making it easy to ensure consistency and compliance with branding standards.

Emma Access

The Office of Campus Communications has adopted Emma, an email marketing platform to enhance communications and marketing strategies.

If you are looking for training in Emma to gain account access, please watch the webinar training and complete the Account Access Form.

25Live Reservations

The Office of Campus Communications manages the master calendar, which identifies facility rentals throughout the campus. The platform, called 25Live, allows users to request a reservation for space on campus.

Event Calendar Submissions

Faculty and staff can submit events for review. Once approved, events are published and shared across newsletters, the homepage and social media.

Note: Do not submit events from Transfer Center, Cadena Cultural Center, Mindful Growth, Career Center, Health Services or Fine Arts. Please contact the respective departments directly to have events submitted through their channels. Submissions must be made on a campus network.

ASL Interpreting Request Form

Campus Communications has an Open Purchase Order with limited funds with Goodwill Interpreting Services. This provides interpreting services for public and community events. Please submit this form 15 days prior to your event to request ASL Interpreting Services for non-students.
